Many people are able to drive well when relaxed while practicing, yet when it comes to the driving test, they suffer from ‘nerves’ and do not perform to the best of their potential.
It not just the anxiety at the time of the test, people in this situation often feel these nerves for months ahead of the day of the actual test or while learning.
The good news is that hypnotherapy with a combination of NLP (I rarely use combinations and this is an exception) is a potent tool that can help you to feel more at ease in advance of the test, and also to be more focused and able to take in information while learning. Naturally, the test will flow that bit better as well with more confidence in place.
The state of being able to perform at your best is one which can be integrated into behavior at test time, making driving test nerves a thing of the past. This state of being able to relax, allowing the driving to flow freely is one that can readily be learned, and built into your behavior.
If it is a general fear of driving as stated above, 1-2 sessions would be advised.
If the fear is just on test date, it would suggested that it is one session, with the session as close to the driving test date as possible. As much as this is a huge problem for you, yes, one session can help you give yourself the best chance you can at passing that driving test that up to now, has been a problem. Finally say good bye to it.
